Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

The Snow has fallen here!

We’re enjoying it while it lasts, and spending time in our little winter wonderland!

What’s better than coming in from playing in the snow to find some delicious hot chocolate waiting for you?

This recipe has been so helpful on those cold days, when you come inside and your fingers haven’t quite defrosted yet. It’s also great at a family gathering where people can help themselves. Set out the marshmallows and whipped cream, along with some other yummy toppings and people will love it!

  • 1 1/2 Cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 Cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Cups milk chocolate chips
  1. Add all the ingredients to your crock pot and mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is hot.
  3. Whisk well before serving.

Another easy recipe that will make you look like a superstar as the little (and not so little) ones come in from the cold winter weather!
