These delicious and addictive little cookies are soft and chewy with the taste of cinnamon and eggnog. Perfect for dunking in your hot chocolate !

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

For the coating

  • 3/4 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  1. In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar. then add eggnog and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.Slowly add your dry mixture into your wet ingredients 1/3 at a time.
  3. Roll dough into balls about 1 inch in size and place on your baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 7-9 minutes or util the bottoms start to brown.
  5. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. While cookies cool mix together your coating ingredients.
