Walnut Cran-BRIE-Erry Chicken Bites with Lilydale

The holiday season has arrived!

 Here come the many parties, family dinners and surprise visitor drop ins!

 As much as I love the holidays, it can get a little hectic!

Easy appetizers that you can serve quickly, don’t require a lot of ingredients and let you get back to the party ASAP are my jam!

Turkey cranberry brie bites

 That’s why I love these Lilydale® Oven Roasted Carved Chicken Breast strips. They’re so versatile you can add them to just about anything! 

 The juicy rich flavours are the perfect addition to your holiday appetizers! You get the oven roasted taste, but Lilydale® does all the hard work of cooking the chicken for you and with the trusted quality Lilydale® stands by I can feel good about serving only the best to our family and friends!

  • 1 package puff pastry (thawed to room temp)
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 can of pre made cranberry sauce
  • 1 Cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 pkg Lilydale® Oven Roasted Carved Chicken Breast Strips

Pre heat your oven to 375, grease a regular sized muffin pan

Roll out your thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press one into each cup in your pan, and bake for 8-10 mins.

Once cooked and lightly browned, remove from oven. Press centers down with a teaspoon to make your “cup” shape.

In each puff, place a piece of Lilydale® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips, then 1 tsp of cranberry sauce, and top with a cube of Brie.

Place back into the oven and bake for another 7 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Remove for oven and top with walnuts.

Let cool 2 mins, and serve!
