The Easter season is upon us!
Growing up in an Italian household, you didn’t have an Easter family gathering without Cannoli!
Putting a little spin on a classic is my jam! So this dip combines the delicious flavours of a cannoli, but can be enjoyed with anything from cookies, fruit or even some broken cannoli shells for dipping!
- 1 Cup ricotta
- 1 8oz brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional chocolate chips, sprinkles or crushed mini eggs
- Using a mixer, in a large bowl mix together your ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in your vanilla and mix until combined.
- If adding additional chocolate or sprinkles gently fold in.
- Serve immediately, or store in a fridge.
A classic, that I dare you not to instantly fall in love with! Serve it at your next Easter gathering and thank me later!
