Cannoli dip

The Easter season is upon us!

Growing up in an Italian household, you didn’t have an Easter family gathering without Cannoli!

Putting a little spin on a classic is my jam! So this dip combines the delicious flavours of a cannoli, but can be enjoyed with anything from cookies, fruit or even some broken cannoli shells for dipping!

Cannoli dip
  • 1 Cup ricotta
  • 1 8oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional chocolate chips, sprinkles or crushed mini eggs
  1. Using a mixer, in a large bowl mix together your ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in your vanilla and mix until combined.
  3. If adding additional chocolate or sprinkles gently fold in.
  4. Serve immediately, or store in a fridge.

A classic, that I dare you not to instantly fall in love with! Serve it at your next Easter gathering and thank me later!
